The conference participants, who need assistance in booking of hotel, have to confirm the arrival date.
Deadline for confirmation of arrival date and number of accompanying persons is September 5, 2016.
You have to email the date of your arrival to Mykolaiv and number of accompanying persons. You may select a variant of accommodation at the Karavella hotel:
- UAH100 for a person (6 to 10 persons in the room);
- UAH300 for one or two persons in the room (double bed or two single beds);
- UAH400 for three persons in the room (three single beds).
