Cooperation of the RI NAO with educational organizations

On October 20, 2015, an agreement on scientific and technical cooperation was signed between the Research Institute: Nikolaev Astronomical Observatory and the regional municipal educational institution: Rivne Branch of Minor Academy of Sciences, which is subordinated to Rivne Regional Council.

Under the agreement, it is planned to:

- carry out joint observations of space objects in the radio and optical bands of the electromagnetic spectrum;

- conduct joint work on creation and operation of technical means for space situational awareness (SSA);

- implement created hardware in SSA systems;

- use shared equipment in applications for SSA;

- take part in international research projects and experiments;

- perform joint research, seminars, courses, conferences and training, as well as to prepare joint publications.
